Summit County Mentoring Collaborative

The Summit County Mentoring Collaborative (SCMC), founded in 2021, was created to address a critical shortage of mentoring opportunities for youth in Summit County. By fostering collaboration among mentoring organizations, SCMC works to connect young individuals with mentors who are committed to guiding, inspiring, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.

A key focus of SCMC is to close the mentoring gap by actively recruiting more mentors to meet the growing needs of the community. Through outreach and partnership efforts, SCMC ensures that more young people have access to the positive role models they need to thrive.
